BoothFinds (“BoothFinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the BoothFinds website and app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms that apply to our SMS text messaging program. By using the Service or signing up to receive text messages from BoothFinds, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms below.

Information We Collect

When you create a BoothFinds account or use the Service, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, event check-ins, photos and listings you post, and your interactions with vendors and other Finders. We also collect basic technical information (like IP address, browser type, and device information) to operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service, including account authentication, event check-in sessions, showcasing vendor listings, connecting Finders and vendors, and responding to support requests. We also use it for internal research and reporting to improve BoothFinds.

SMS Text Messaging Program

BoothFinds uses text messages to deliver one-time login codes and, where you opt in, notifications such as vendor interest alerts on items you've listed. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from BoothFinds related to these Services. Full program terms are also available in our Terms & Conditions.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Service (for example, how often you log in or how much interest your listings receive).
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details on your plan. BoothFinds is not responsible for any fees your carrier charges you for use of the Service.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include our service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) who send messages on our behalf. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with any third parties.
• To opt out at any time, text STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message. For help, text HELP, or contact us using the information below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payments, and SMS delivery), when required by law or legal process, to investigate or prevent fraud or harm, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of BoothFinds. As noted above, mobile opt-in data and consent for text messaging is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or sign up for the SMS program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have done so, we will promptly delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. No method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
