Welcome to BoothFinds (the “Service”), owned and operated by BoothFinds (“BoothFinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service, including the BoothFinds SMS Alerts Program described below. By using the Service or signing up to receive text messages from BoothFinds, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page.

SMS Alerts Program

BoothFinds' text messaging program sends one-time login codes and, where you opt in, notifications such as vendor interest alerts on items you've listed. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from BoothFinds at that number.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details on your plan. Under no circumstances is BoothFinds responsible for fees your wireless carrier or other third parties charge you for use of the Service.
• Opt out at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to the number you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages after that, unless you sign up again.
• Get help at any time by texting HELP, emailing chris@signal-vault.com, or see our Privacy Policy for how your information is used and protected, including our commitment not to share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or sign up for the SMS Alerts Program.

Ownership & Acceptable Use

BoothFinds owns all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its content, features, and any offers made through it, except for content you post yourself (such as your photos, listings, and messages) and any vendor or event trademarks shown with permission. You agree not to alter, obscure, or remove any proprietary notices on the Service, and not to use BoothFinds' name or marks in a way likely to cause confusion about who operates the Service.

B/S/T

B/S/T lets users list personal items for sale or trade and connect with other users about them. BoothFinds is not a party to any transaction listed on B/S/T, never processes payment for one, and has no role in the exchange of money or goods between users: you and the other party meet and handle that yourselves. Some items (including but not limited to firearms accessories, knives, and similar gear) are subject to state-specific laws that can apply even to private sales, and compliance with those laws is solely your responsibility, not BoothFinds'. You are responsible for the legality, condition, and accuracy of anything you list.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or the SMS Alerts Program at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Factors outside our control, including wireless carrier network performance and internet connectivity, may affect the Service, and we are not responsible for acts of third parties beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothFinds and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed US $500.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BoothFinds harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
